As Spring gets going, we’ve been listening to what people really value about OUTWORK. We aim to give you every opportunity to ‘reshape the way you work’, make new connections, develop new skills and build your business. We’re excited to launch our updated pop-out coworking calendar and introduce some fantastic new events.
OUTWORK Coworking
All our pop-out coworking days are now FREE for members - even more reason to escape the kitchen table and the distractions of home. Pop in for an hour or two, just for a coffee or stay all day.
So, when can I cowork?
Every Thursday: 9am – 5pm at The Goudhurst Inn – private Wifi, unlimited tea and coffee, exclusive 15% member discount on all food.
Last Tuesday of the month: 9am – 5pm at The Small Holding – plenty of space, a break-out area, fast Wifi, book a tasty lunch from our friends at H+J in Goudhurst.

OUTWORK Events
Our OUTWORK Connect series so far has included Blogging, Social Media, Goal setting and Finance, and we have plenty more in the pipeline.
They are led by fellow members and are a great opportunity to share expertise and experiences, to learn about other businesses and make new connections in an informal and relaxed setting.

We’re introducing a great new monthly event, OUTWORK Mentoring Circles, facilitated by OUTWORK co-founder and executive coach, Sarah. Are you a small business owner or freelancer who would like to focus on maximising your potential and gain support in a relaxed and informal setting? OUTWORK Mentoring Circles will give you the opportunity to reflect on current situations, exchange ideas and work through plans together with other members.

Don’t forget, members have access to the Members’ Area of our website. This is a great place to make connections, showcase your skills and interests, ask questions or start conversations. Find out what other OUTWORK members have to offer, from web design services to HR consultancy.
Members are adding their profiles all the time and it is really starting to come to life. It’s easy to log in, add your profile and remember to tick the ‘add my profile to the directory’ box, so others can see you and get in touch.
Future plans
Our mission is to help local businesses grow and individuals to flourish. We’ve met an incredible number of talented people with fantastic businesses. Coworking, events and our online area are the just the beginning of our plan to create a permanent rural workspace for individuals and small businesses. We’re busy working on the project and look forward to sharing more news about it soon.
